BEGINNING OF YEAR REPORT & MEMBERSHIP INCENTIVES REMINDER
Thank you for your membership efforts for the 2012-2013 school year and welcome to the 2013-2014 school year! Your unit reports were given to your representative at either our May 2013 Transition Training or the August 14-15 Meeting and Training.
If you haven’t already, please be sure to share this information with your officers and continue efforts to reach and exceed the membership increase requested by GA PTA: 13 in 2013. Instead of focusing on a percentage, if each unit adds just 13 more members than what you had last year, it will increase our membership across the board and help us meet our State & National goals!
In support of this endeavor, Area II is offering two Membership Incentives this Fall to assist local units with increasing their 2013-2014 membership:
1) Back-to-School Incentive
Awarded to the top three local units who achieve the highest percentage increase in membership for the months of August -September 2013 as compared to last year. *Prizes to be awarded in the amount of $100, $75, and $50.
Requirements
2) Oak Tree Incentive
This award will be given to two of the units who obtain the Oak Tree Award (100% Participation from Faculty & Staff) and submit their dues and form to GA PTA before the October 31st Deadline. *Two prizes in the amount of $50 each will be awarded.
If you have any questions or need your information from last year, contact the Membership Chair at membership@
