Your local unit must submitt new officers for the 2014-2015 school year database. This contact information is vital to both Georgia PTA and Area II Council, and is the only way we can deliver information via email to your local unit president(s), vice president(s), secretary, and treasurer. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your local unit officers are submitted and accounted for.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR LOCAL UNIT INCOMING OFFICERS: Incoming-Officers-Form_2014-2015- Click and download the Incoming Officers Form 2014-2015 (see above link to form)
- Complete the Incoming Officers Form for ALL positions and save the completed form to your desktop.
- NOTE: If your local unit has co-presidents, please list ONE person as president, who will receive National PTA mailings. List the other person as co-president.
- Prepare one email with the completed form as an attachment. In the Subject line, list your school name and “2014-2015 Incoming Officers Form”
